Client Administrator

Refresh Debt Services Ltd

About us

Refresh Debt Advice is a growing debt management company helping individuals across the UK regain financial control and find sustainable ways to manage their debts. We're based in Warrenpoint, with two hands-on directors who work alongside the team every day.

We've been hiring steadily this year because the business is growing — our client numbers have increased significantly and we're expanding the team to match. This role is part of that growth, not a replacement. Our current team of five has been with us for an average of over two years, and the directors are still in the office every day. Leadership is accessible, your contribution is visible, and decisions get made quickly.

The role

We're looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Client Administrator to join our Warrenpoint office team of five. This is a role with a clear trajectory — you'll start as the operational backbone of the office, then move into managing your own portfolio of client accounts as your knowledge and confidence develop. Most people make that transition within 3–6 months.

If you're someone who can juggle multiple tasks without letting things slip, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing right by people — we'd love to hear from you. No background in debt or finance is needed; we provide full training on everything specific to the role.

Your journey at Refresh

Phase one — Client Administrator (from day one):

- Managing client records and documents across our case management systems

- Creditor liaison and correspondence

- Scheduling appointments and chasing up missing information

- Supporting the advice team to keep debt management plans on track

- Ensuring all records meet regulatory and compliance standards

Phase two — Client Account Manager (typically 3–6 months in):

- Managing your own portfolio of clients

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout their debt plan

- Building relationships and guiding clients through the process

- Greater autonomy and day-to-day responsibility

What we're looking for

- Solid experience in an administrative or customer-facing office role

- Comfortable juggling multiple systems, cases and deadlines at once

- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, professional and warm

- High attention to detail and a natural sense of organisation

- Empathy and patience — our clients are often going through a difficult time

- Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with case management software is a bonus

Why Refresh Debt Advice?

We do work that genuinely matters. Debt affects people's mental health, relationships and everyday lives — and the support we provide makes a real difference. You'll feel that from your very first week.

You'll be joining a close-knit team where the directors work alongside you every day — you won't feel like a number here. We're growing, we invest in our people, and the progression on offer in this role is genuine proof of that.

Benefits:

- Company pension

- Additional leave

- Cycle to work scheme

- Free on-site parking

- Casual dress

- Full training provided
