The role will involve supporting multiple areas of the business, coordinating administrative and operational activities, managing travel and logistics arrangements and ensuring the office environment continues to run efficiently and professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities as Office & Operations Administrator: - Oversee the day to day running of a busy and fast paced office environment, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations throughout the business.
- Arrange courier services, deliveries and wider office logistics to support operational efficiency.
- Manage shared inboxes, including email allocation, responses and actioning general enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Provide professional support with inbound email and telephone enquiries, delivering a high standard of communication and customer service.
- Arrange global travel and accommodation bookings, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare contracts, onboarding packs and key operational documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate compliance led administration, collecting relevant documentation, certifications and other compliance specific information.
- Act on research requests to support operational planning and scheduling.
- Play a key role in supporting a collaborative, creative, and highly organised office culture within a dynamic and growing business.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedule internal meetings and ensure all spaces are organised and prepared for use.
- Manage general office administration, including stationery procurement, stock control and supplier coordination
Experience Required: - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional approach.
- Adaptable and able to remain calm and organised within a fast paced and ever changing environment.
- High attention to detail with a proactive and thorough approach to work.
- Positive, self motivated, and willing to take initiative as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous administration, customer service, office support, or coordination experience would be advantageous, although full training and support can be provided for the right individual.
