£50k-£55k salary

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Due to continued growth and internal movement, we're supporting a leading organisation within the renewable energy and waste processing sector in the search for a Site Manager to lead operations across their Widnes facility.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving standards, and leading from the front within a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.

THE ROLE

- Lead daily site operations across production and maintenance coordination
- Drive HSE performance, Toolbox Talks and compliance activity
- Manage environmental standards, audits and reporting
- Monitor KPIs across production, safety and financial performance
- Lead supervisors, team leaders and operational staff
- Drive continuous improvement across site operations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Experience within manufacturing, production, recycling, biomass or industrial operations
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Experience within compliance-heavy environments
- Confident handling investigations and performance management
- Strong HSE awareness
- IOSH preferred
- COTC/WAMITAB beneficial but can be supported post-join
