ADMINISTRATOR - COLLEGE BASED (NORTHAMPTONSHIRE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join a busy college setting in Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to staff and departments
• Managing student records and data accurately
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Supporting attendance, admissions, and general office duties
• Liaising with staff, students, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience (ideally within education)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• MUST hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
