A market-leading organisation based in North Hampshire is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its friendly and supportive team.

Key responsibilities include:
Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring a high standard of service
Review and process documentation, including credit checks, risk reports, and supporting materials in line with credit application procedures
Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records using internal systems
Prepare contractual documents, legal agreements, and customer correspondence from templates
Handle customer queries efficiently, providing clear and effective resolutions
About you:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high levels of customer service
A team player with the ability to build strong working relationships
Additional information:
Own transport is preferred due to the office location
