Ecommerce Assistant (Part Time)

Location: North London
Rate: £14 per hour/ £27,500 pro rata
Schedule: 3 days per week

Four Seasons Recruitment are working with a contemporary womenswear brand, who are looking for a highly organised, motivated and personable Ecommerce Assistant to join their growing team in North London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced contemporary fashion brand, supporting customer experience across e-commerce, digital marketing and day-to-day online operations.

Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey while supporting the smooth running of the brand’s digital platforms and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer communication across email and social media channels
• Deliver a professional, efficient and luxury-level customer experience aligned with the  brand tone of voice
• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, exchanges, returns, refunds, shipping and product information
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and support e-commerce operations
• Support wholesale customer communication and maintain organised customer records
• Assist with wider operational and administrative tasks across the business

• Manage customer experience and operational platforms including Swap, Signifyd and Rakuten
• Oversee PayPal chargebacks and fraud prevention processes
• Monitor Shopify apps relating to customer experience, affiliate marketing and site performance

About You

• Previous customer service experience within fashion, luxury retail or e-commerce is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
• Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and brand presentation
• Familiarity with Shopify, customer service platforms and Microsoft Office
• Experience supporting digital marketing, newsletters or campaign coordination is a plus
