The Role The Global Supply Planner owns the end-to-end translation of global demand into executable supply plans, balancing short-term execution, mid-term capacity, and long-term supply strategy.
The Global Supply Planner will be responsible for:
Translate global demand plans into feasible, cost-effective supply plans
Plan across multiple internal and third-party manufacturing sites
Maintain clear visibility of capacity by site and product
Identify supply risks and opportunities across different time horizons
Lead scenario modelling to support growth, capacity, and sourcing decisions
Track service performance, utilisation, and adherence to plan
Conduct root cause analysis and propose mitigation strategies
Own supply inputs into the S&OP process, clearly presenting options and recommendations
Lead and develop a team of supply planners
Drive improvements in processes, systems, and planning maturity

Proven experience in global or multi-site supply planning
Comfort making judgement calls in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
A calm, structured, and decisive approach under pressure
Demonstrable people leadership experience
A mindset focused on options, trade-offs, and recommendations
