What You'll Be Doing

• Manage daily client account transactions accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Allocate receipts, payments, and transfers
• Maintain client ledgers and support reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
• Process invoices, expenses, and supplier payments
• Support payment runs and supplier onboarding
• Resolve finance queries and collaborate closely with internal teams

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisation
• Clear communication and confidence working with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and stay calm in a busy environment
• Comfortable with Excel and finance systems (training provided)
• A proactive, team-first mindset with genuine interest in legal finance
• Previous legal cashiering experience is welcomed, but not essential
