We are currently recruiting for a Student Experience Advisor to join a busy and vibrant student accommodation team based in Central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, people focused environment.
Shift Pattern
Full-time hours
Rotating 2:00pm – 10:00pm / 7:00am – 3:00pm
5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
As a Student Experience Advisor, you will play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive living environment for students.
Duties will include:
Managing and distributing parcels and deliveries
Carrying out regular building patrols
Responding appropriately to fire alarms and safety procedures
Meeting and greeting students, visitors, and contractors
Handling student enquiries professionally and efficiently
Providing excellent front of house customer service
Supporting the onsite team with day to day operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable with strong timekeeping
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
