Temporary Administrator - Residential Development (Up to 2-Month Contract)
Location: Battersea, London
Duration: Immediate Staff
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Temporary Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy and iconic residential development in Battersea. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the on-site management team
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, handling queries professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
  • Assist with move-ins/move-outs and resident communications
  • Manage deliveries, post, and general front-of-house duties
  • Support with reporting, scheduling, and general office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience (property or facilities experience desirable but not essential)
  • Proficient in Dwellant
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
