US Tax Manager / Senior Manager (Operating Partnerships | Big 4 | Cayman Islands)

This is a Big 4 US tax role in the Cayman Islands. The work is technically demanding. The lifestyle is not.

Operating partnerships, partnership tax, and global clients. Senior or Senior Manager level.

Same complexity. 0% income tax. Finished by a reasonable hour and weekends that actually look like weekends, spent outdoors rather than behind a screen.

The role

You'll lead US partnership tax compliance and advisory for financial services clients - focused specifically on operating partnerships across hedge funds, private equity funds, and investment vehicles. You'll own client relationships and develop junior staff across multiple engagements.

Day to day that means:

• Lead US tax compliance and advisory work for hedge funds, private equity funds, and investment vehicles
• Review partnership tax returns, including Schedules K-1 and K-3
• Advise on fund structuring and cross-border tax matters

What you'll need

• 6+ years of US tax experience, ideally within asset management or financial services
• US CPA or Enrolled Agent qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of partnership taxation, including 1065 and K-1 reporting
