Job Overview: Looking after a key client taking calls from tenants regarding maintenance problems/issues and arranging an engineer to attend the property within set service level agreements.
You will have experience working within a customer centred environment, displaying team work - yet capable of lone working when needed. You will be self-motivated, have good communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and enjoy a busy working environment with no day the same. You must be first class organiser and a common-sense thinker!
Hours: Office based Monday - Friday / 9.00am - 5:30pm with 30 mins for lunch.
Location: Head Office in Milton Keynes (Stony Stratford)
Benefits: 25 days paid holiday (exc. Bank holidays), Birthday Day-off, government pension scheme (NEST), overtime available, free parking, team building days/nights out. Bonuses subject to business and personal performance. Rota for extra day off every few weeks.

You will be reliable and flexible and have a positive approach to work.
Full training on their system will be delivered, during induction.
