We’re working with a fast-growing, dynamic business who are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Clear progression into Key Account Management

The role:

You’ll be the go-to person for customers - managing enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately. This is a varied, all-in position where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing quotes and following up to maximise conversions
• Processing orders and liaising closely with the warehouse team
• Managing customer records via CRM and Sage
• Building strong relationships with key accounts
• Resolving issues quickly and keeping customers updated

You’ll also support across the wider business when needed - whether that’s helping the sales team, office function, or even getting stuck in operationally to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a B2B customer-facing role
• Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands-on attitude
• Experience with CRM systems and ideally Sage
