Following a strong start to the year, Vivid Healthcare is looking to expand its growing AHP recruitment division with the addition of an ambitious and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established healthcare recruitment business with strong NHS foundations and rapidly growing presence across private healthcare, primary care and specialist services.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a successful desk properly, develop long-term client relationships and be part of a business with genuine growth plans.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing your own AHP recruitment desk, working with both existing clients and new business opportunities across a fast-moving healthcare market.

Duties will include:

• Building and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
• Developing new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare sectors.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Growing a sustainable desk through relationship led recruitment.
• Working closely with experienced healthcare recruiters within a supportive team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous healthcare recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• A commercial mindset with strong motivation to succeed.
• The ability to work independently without heavy micromanagement.
• A long-term approach to desk growth rather than focusing purely on quick wins.
