ANP - County Durham

You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and supporting one another. The practice is looking for an ANP for 24 hours per week to become an integral part of their collaborative, patient-focused team.

About the Role:

As an ANP, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent patient care. You'll assess, screen, diagnose, and refer patients as appropriate while working closely with the wider clinical team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You'll be part of a diverse team including another GP, ANPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The practice fosters a collaborative environment, encouraging input from all staff in decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience and understanding of the Primary Care agenda
• Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
• NMC registration
