Property Sales Consultant
Leeds (Hybrid) - £27,000 / £28,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000+)
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative property business looking to expand its sales team with a driven and commercially minded Property Sales Consultant.
This is a consultative, inbound sales role where you will engage with homeowners exploring faster, more flexible ways to sell their property. You’ll guide customers through their options, build trust, and manage opportunities through to agreement.
This is not a traditional estate agency role.
Instead, you’ll work across a multi-solution property model, helping customers find the most suitable route based on their individual circumstances.
As a Property Sales Consultant, you will manage leads from initial enquiry through to signed agreement. You’ll build relationships with homeowners, understand their needs, and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Build rapport with homeowners and understand their situation
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales journey
Qualification & Fact-Finding
- Gather detailed information on properties, ownership, and timelines
- Understand motivations for selling and key customer objectives
- Accurately record all activity and insights within the CRM
Sales & Negotiation
- Present suitable property sale options clearly and confidently
- Negotiate offers where appropriate
- Handle objections professionally and effectively
- Identify opportunities to add value through additional services
Pipeline Management
- Manage your own portfolio of leads and opportunities
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Ensure no opportunity is missed through poor follow-up
Market Research
- Analyse local property markets and comparable sales
- Support offer recommendations with relevant data
- Escalate complex cases when needed

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales, telesales, estate agency, or a consultative sales environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent objection handling and negotiation ability
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing your own workload and pipeline
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems
