Salary: MPS/UPS (M1–UPS3) + TLR

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a rich and inclusive PE curriculum, promote health and wellbeing across the school, and lead a committed team of staff to deliver outstanding outcomes for students of all abilities.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, develop, and manage the PE department to achieve high standards of teaching and learning
• Inspire students through engaging and innovative lessons across KS3–KS5
• Promote participation in extra-curricular sport and whole-school physical activity
• Monitor progress and use data effectively to raise attainment

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified teacher with a strong track record in PE
• Proven leadership potential or experience
• Passion for sport, wellbeing, and student development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
