About the Role

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support children within a nurturing and engaging Early Years setting. Working alongside the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities
• Working closely with the class teacher to promote pupil progress and development
• Providing additional support for children with SEND where required
• Encouraging children's social, emotional, and communication development
• Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• Have experience supporting children with SEND (desirable)
• Be enthusiastic, caring, and proactive in their approach
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
• Be committed to supporting children in reaching key developmental milestones
