Commercial Property Development Solicitor / Associate (NQ–4 PQE)

Northampton | Hybrid Working

Salary: £45,000-£60,000

Oculus Legal Group working with a highly reputable regional law firm who are looking to grow their partner-led Commercial Property Development team with the addition of a Solicitor / Associate (NQ–4 years PQE).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking team with a strong pipeline of high-quality development work, acting for developers, landowners and investors across a range of projects.

The Role:

You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property development matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of development land.
• Option and promotion agreements.
• Site assembly and strategic land transactions.
• Overage and conditional contracts.
• Supporting on larger, complex development projects.
• You’ll have the opportunity to run your own matters while also working closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex deals.

About You:

• NQ – 4 years PQE (England & Wales).
• Experience in commercial property, ideally with exposure to development work.
• Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
• Keen to develop within a specialist Commercial Property Development team.
