Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer) – Nottingham

A leading East Midlands conveyancing team is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
This is the kind of role for a Conveyancer who enjoys seeing transactions through from instruction to completion and takes genuine pride in keeping clients informed, reassured and moving forward. The role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently, covering a broad mix of transactions. Matters will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build and shared ownership, with the autonomy to run files confidently while working alongside experienced colleagues.
Alongside fee earning, the role also offers the chance to play a wider part in the team’s continued development supporting junior colleagues and contributing to marketing and business development activity that helps build the conveyancing offering.

You will be doing

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership
• Supervising and supporting junior team members to help maintain consistency, quality and pace
• Handling client enquiries and building strong relationships through clear, proactive communication
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives to help grow the conveyancing department

This opportunity will suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX/Legal Executive who can run files with minimal supervision and consistently deliver high standards of client care.
Key requirements include:

• Strong, hands-on experience across all core areas of residential conveyancing
• Confidence managing a caseload independently and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment
• A client-first mindset with excellent communication and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and genuine interest in contributing to departmental growth
• At least 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
