Engineering Projects Manager

Sheffield (with some travel) | Full-time |  Permanent

A specialist, market leading energy and engineering business is looking for an Engineering Projects Manager to lead the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects across the UK.

This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary Project Engineering team and delivering installations from concept through to handover — safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of energy supply projects (including renewables)
• Manage project budgets
• Partner with commercial teams to shape technically sound, deliverable solutions from bid stage
• Drive safety, compliance and risk management across all projects
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing engineering team

About You

• Experienced engineering leader within complex, multi-discipline projects
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence early project stages
• Proven track record delivering projects to time, cost and quality targets
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Relevant engineering and/or project management qualifications
