Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Location: Crawley (Office-Based)

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full-Time

We’re partnering with a highly successful, close-knit all-female team based in Crawley who are looking to add an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to their supportive and collaborative environment.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team that genuinely enjoys working together. With a strong, consistent flow of business and around 20 pre-arranged client appointments added to your diary each month, you’ll have the structure and opportunity needed to perform from the outset.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to a range of clients
• Handle a steady stream of pre-qualified, booked appointments (approx. 20 per month)
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through a consultative approach
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insight, support performance, and contribute to team success
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with lenders and external partners
• Ensure all advice and documentation is fully compliant with regulatory requirements

To succeed in the role you’ll be or have:

• Proven background as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Whole-of-market experience is essential
• Strong client-focused approach with excellent consultative skills
• A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
• Driven, professional, and motivated by earning potential
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
