Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labour laws in all payroll activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, including tax filings and statutory submissions.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll operations.

Profile

A successful EMEA Payroll Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in payroll management within the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £85,000 per annum.
