This is a hands-on operational role supporting the smooth delivery of contracts while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client service.

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day vertical cleaning operations across multiple client sites, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The role will involve supervising teams, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting training requirements, and liaising with clients where required.
You'll also play an important role in maintaining quality standards and ensuring all work aligns with company health & safety procedures.
Vertical Area Supervisor Essential SkillsExperience within vertical cleaning or work at height operations
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead and support operational teams
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and reporting systems
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
