Media Agency | Central London | Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) | 40k - 45k

A leading global media and marketing agency is looking for an experienced Client Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team in London on an ongoing temporary assignment.

This role offers genuine long-term permanent potential, making it an excellent opportunity for someone immediately available and looking to join a fast-paced, globally recognised agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client leadership teams to manage the financial performance of key accounts
  • Own client revenue reporting, forecasting, and month-end processes
  • Ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
  • Monitor client profitability and provide commercial insight to senior stakeholders
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Manage WIP, accruals, and cash flow across multiple campaigns and markets
  • Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies within finance operations
  • Act as a key liaison between finance, media planning, and account management teams
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

About You

  • Previous experience in a Client Finance Manager, Commercial Finance, or agency finance role
  • Proficient experience using SAP Vantage or Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
  • Background within a media, marketing, advertising, or professional services environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
