We are currently recruiting for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a Colchester based business on a permanent basis.

You will supporting key stakeholders, drive performance, and provide insightful financial analysis. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, translating financial data into clear, actionable recommendations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on a system implementation project
• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to influence decision-making
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide clear financial insights to improve performance and profitability
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
• Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic planning

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in business partnering or similar role
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems desirable
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence
