The Opportunity

A growing and dynamic financial services firm is looking to appoint a highly organised Case Manager to support the delivery of commercial finance applications from initial enquiry through to legal completion. This is a fast-paced role where you'll act as the central point of contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring deals progress efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of commercial finance cases from submission through to legal stages
• Act as the main liaison between clients, lenders, brokers, and solicitors
• Gather, review, and package client documentation for lender submission
• Monitor application progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays
• Ensure all cases meet internal processes and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear and consistent updates to all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on internal CRM systems

About You

• Previous experience within commercial finance, banking, or a brokerage environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of commercial lending products such as bridging finance, development finance, and buy-to-let
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
