Speech & Language Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Band 6)

North West London | Up to £45,000 | Full-time | Permanent

We’re currently hiring both a Speech & Language Therapist and an Occupational Therapist (Band 6) within a specialist SEN setting in North West London. This is a rewarding opportunity to work as part of a well established multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 11–18 with autism, ADHD, dyslexia and social communication needs.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in helping students develop essential communication, functional and life skills within a structured and supportive environment. Working closely with teachers, therapists and wider staff, your input will directly influence student outcomes both in and beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions tailored to individual needs

• Complete assessments, reports and reviews

• Support EHCP targets and outcomes

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Embed therapy into classroom strategies and daily school life

• Support students’ functional, social and emotional development

Requirements

Speech & Language Therapists:

• Degree in Speech & Language Therapy

• HCPC registration (or eligibility)

• Experience with SEN / communication needs

Occupational Therapists:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy

• HCPC registration (or eligibility)

• Experience with sensory, motor and functional development
