We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy supply chain function. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure materials, stock, and deliveries are managed efficiently. Your mission

As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will:

• Support demand planning and forecasting activities to ensure stock availability.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking supplier deliveries and resolving delays.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems, including stock levels and supplier information.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control processes (cycle counts, adjustments).
• Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Track key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Identify and support process improvements within the supply chain function.

• Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative role preferred.

• Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets.

• Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Up to £40k base salary depending on experience.
