Reed is assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for a well-recognised legal firm in Lanarkshire. This role is perfect for a professional looking to handle a busy conveyancing caseload and work closely with partners in a supportive environment. 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a primarily residential conveyancing caseload, with some commercial property cases.
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet all deadlines while maintaining a high level of service to all clients.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing timely updates and advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Commercial awareness with a flexible approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
