I am recruiting for a Lead Product Analyst to join a fast-growing fintech business, working on a multi-product consumer app used by over a million customers.

This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in shaping product strategy through data, working closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to improve user experience and drive performance.

The Role

• Lead product analytics across a large-scale consumer app
• Analyse user behaviour, engagement, and lifecycle trends
• Own the end-to-end experimentation process (A/B testing)
• Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Identify growth opportunities and product improvements
• Partner with product and engineering teams to influence decision-making
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in data or product analytics
• Strong experience with experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis testing)
• Ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations
• Experience working in product-led or high-growth environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exposure to fintech or consumer apps (nice to have)
