  • Hours: 9:00-5:30 Monday to Thursday, 9:00-4:00 on Friday

We are seeking a Credit Administrator to join our Credit Department. This role is office-based and offers a varied workload within a small, collaborative team. You will be instrumental in prepping lease proposals for underwriting and managing the flow of these proposals throughout the business.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with Sales and Payout teams to ensure a smooth flow of proposals through the business.
  • Monitor the team mailbox for new and existing tasks.
  • Conduct due diligence on all new proposals in preparation for underwriting.
  • Complete AML & compliance checks.
  • Input and maintain data on lease software systems such as Aspire and Dynamics.
  • Manage the weekly pipeline and follow up on tasks.
  • Work with Customer Service and Collections teams to obtain relevant approvals for agreement amendments.
  • Liaise with the End of Lease team regarding security release.
  • Assist with ad hoc compliance initiatives.
  • Answer inbound telephone enquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE passes in English and Mathematics; A-Level or equivalent and higher-level qualifications are ideal.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capable of handling competing priorities, taking initiative, and working proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Previous experience within the finance sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • General IT skills are necessary; training on in-house software will be provided.
