Role :Administrator

Hours: 5 hours per day over 5 days

Location: Canterbury - Office Based

Salary: £13.20

Temp to Perm Contract

We are working with our client for their search for an Administrator to join their team for a local charity in Canterbury. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, updating systems and files. You'll be the first port of call for all enquiries and activities coming in.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming enquiries via phone and email.
• Liaise with other departments and volunteers
• Oversee clients cases from start to end.

Ideal Candidate:

• You must be well organised and manage a large workload.
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Minute taking experience desirable
• Experience in similar role or public facing.
