Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of audit clients from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed timescales
  • Reviewing audit files, providing constructive feedback and supporting the professional development of junior and semi-senior staff
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for queries and advisory matters
  • Liaising with partners on workflow management, resourcing, and strategic business development initiatives
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable post-qualification experience in a senior audit role
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously, delivering to deadlines and budget
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102, and current auditing standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
