Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Berkswell

Must be able to drive – no public transport access available

Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Salary:

£45,000 – £50,000 (for fully qualified Paraplanner)

Dependent on experience

About the Company:

A growing, client-focused financial planning firm with a strong team culture and collaborative working environment, where paraplanners and advisers work closely together to deliver tailored financial planning solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end paraplanning support for financial advisers
• Preparation of suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
• Supporting advisers within a pod-based team structure
• Managing client administration from initial instruction through to completion
• Liaising with advisers and supporting client-facing work where required
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all documentation and outputs
• Supporting continuous improvement within the paraplanning function

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Paraplanner
• Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (support provided for exams, not resits)
• Financial services experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident working in a team-based, collaborative environment
• Comfortable in a client-facing role when required
• Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (required or near completion)
