Macildowie are working with this client based in the UK to recruit a Senior Ecommerce Manager. This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working arrangement.

Operating within a commercially focused and fast-moving sector, this role will take ownership of the eCommerce funnel, marketing execution, and digital merchandising strategy. You will play a key role in aligning local activity with broader business objectives, while driving online growth through insight-led decision making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering the ecommerce and marketing plan, including budget allocation
• Monitoring website performance against KPIs, providing clear insight and recommendations to the SLT
• Using sales and customer data to optimise product visibility, conversion, and user journey
• Managing digital merchandising and online content to maximise commercial performance
• Driving traffic and retention through coordinated digital marketing activities
• Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and digital effectiveness
• Identifying opportunities to improve margin through close alignment with commercial functions
• Translating market and competitor insights into practical actions
• Supporting the planning and execution of a structured commercial calendar
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of digital specialists

The successful candidate will bring:

• Strong experience within eCommerce, online trading, or digital marketing environments
• A track record of using data and performance metrics to drive commercial outcomes
• Experience working across marketing and sales functions to support growth
