Nexus Recruitment have been instructed by a boutique solicitors in Surrey, looking for an experienced, personable and service driven residential conveyancer to join the team. Our client ideally will be looking for an individual 3 years PQE. Core responsibilities:

• Managing conveyancing processes from start to finish, regularly liaising with clients at all times until completion.
• Conduct property searches
• Regularly liaise with estate agents and others involved in the process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the process.
• Deal with any queries/concerns brought to your attention from clients

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, small business that focus on quality not quantity. Our client does not expect you to handle too many cases at once, and wants to prioritise the customer service above anything. All business will be won by the directors. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred:

• 3 years PQE is ideal (qualification is essential)
• Based local to Camberley (ideal but not essential)
• A proven track record in residential conveyancing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
