We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our clients team based in their showroom. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing daily administrative tasks, client interactions, and order processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and a professional approach to client management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Carry out stock checks and manage stock processing to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Liaise with clients both over the phone and in person to maintain strong relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage and resolve difficult client conversations.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
  • Very computer literate; experience with AS400 is advantageous.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:30pm
  • 1-hour lunch break
