This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters within a supportive, collaborative, and flexible working environment.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with an experienced employment team advising clients across a broad range of sectors. The role offers genuine long-term progression opportunities alongside ongoing mentoring and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied employment law caseload
• Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Handling settlement agreements
• Supporting litigation matters and tribunal claims
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Ability to manage workloads independently
• Commercially aware and highly organised
• Passionate about delivering high-quality legal services
