Description

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities, including payment schedules and transaction histories.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment queries and disputes in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to ensure alignment on financial targets and reporting.
• Prepare regular reports on aged debt and collection progress for management review.
• Evaluate and set credit limits for new and existing customers based on financial analysis.

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:
