A great opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a respected, supportive law firm in Ipswich. You’ll manage a high-quality caseload of freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build work, and post-completion matters.

What you’ll do:

• Handle your own residential conveyancing files
• Draft/review contracts, reports, and legal documents
• Manage enquiries, searches, exchange, completion & HMLR
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Support client relationships and team growth

About you:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with strong residential property experience
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Able to manage files independently
• Highly organised and client-focused
• Able to work full-time from the Ipswich office
