The Role

As Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of driving new business across exhibition space and sponsorship sales. Working closely with senior leadership-including the Group Head of Sales and Managing Director-you'll play a key role in shaping the commercial success of the portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving revenue through exhibition stand and sponsorship sales
• Building and converting a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs, including high-volume outreach and monthly sales targets
• Leading client meetings to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Creating compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value
• Managing client relationships end-to-end to maximise retention and ROI
• Handling inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives to attract and engage clients

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in sales, commercial, or business development roles
• Strong track record in new business acquisition and account management
• Experience in exhibitions, events, or conferences (highly desirable)
• Confident user of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
