Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Peterborough)
Salary: £30,000
Contract: Ongoing Temporary (circa 3 months)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Complaints Coordinator to join a reputable organisation within the social housing sector on an ongoing temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in complaint handling, ideally within housing, who is confident managing cases in line with regulatory standards.
Manage and respond to a range of customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues effectively
Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports where required
Handle escalated cases in line with Housing Ombudsman expectations
Key Requirements:
Previous experience within social housing (essential)
Strong background in complaint handling / case management
Experience using the Housing Ombudsman portal (highly desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
This is a remote role with the requirement to travel to Peterborough as needed, so flexibility is important.
