About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Teachers to work across a range of partnered secondary schools in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, whether you prefer day-to-day supply, short-term cover, or longer-term placements.

You will have the chance to teach across a variety of subjects, gaining valuable experience in different school settings while making a positive impact on students' education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings
• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
• Provide a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Mark and assess student work where required
• Follow lesson plans provided or create your own where necessary
• Liaise with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
• Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools and subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach to teaching
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
