A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Travelling Valet Butler to support our globally mobile UHNW Principal. This is a senior, highly trusted appointment for a polished, resilient professional who thrives in a fast moving environment and delivers impeccable personal service at all times. This role is defined by the Principal's travel schedule: when they travel, you travel; when they are grounded, you benefit from downtime in London.

The Role
You will provide seamless, discreet and anticipatory support across all aspects of the Principal's personal presentation and travel logistics. Operating across private jets, yachts, residences and leading hotels, you will bring a blend of traditional valeting excellence and modern, tech enabled organisation.
The successful candidate will be unflappable and highly adaptable, with the confidence to manage shifting schedules and last minute changes without compromise to standards.

Key Responsibilities
Wardrobe & Presentation

• Impeccable care and management of an extensive, multi-location wardrobe
• Expert garment care: pressing, steaming, repairs, shoe care and rotation
• Curating outfits across all settings (business, formal, leisure, climate-specific)
• Managing inventories with detailed, tech-led systems (photographic tracking preferred)
• Liaising with leading international tailors and luxury suppliers

Travel & Packing

• Flawless packing/unpacking for frequent multi-stop, multi-climate travel
• End to end luggage logistics including customs, carnets and private aviation handling
• Pre-positioning wardrobe globally ahead of arrivals
• Maintaining a fully prepared, ready-to-deploy travel kit at all times
• Acting as a right-hand aide: dressing, grooming, daily preparation
• Coordinating seamlessly with pilots, crew, security and hospitality teams
• Managing personal effects, valuables and documentation with absolute discretion
• Providing flexible support across light service, errands and hosting when required

London-Based Duties

• Maintaining dressing rooms and personal spaces in a constant state of readiness
• Working closely with the House Manager, Chief of Staff and Private Office
• Conducting post trip reviews, restocking and continuous improvement of systems

The Candidate
Essential Skills

• 10+ years' experience in UHNW private service (Valet or Butler Valet level)
• Extensive international travel experience, including private aviation and yachting
• Outstanding wardrobe and packing expertise
• Calm, discreet, highly organised and naturally service-driven
• Tech savvy with an interest in AI, systems and modern tools
• Flexible and responsive to changing schedules
• UK work rights, full driving licence, clean background checks
• Comparable and checkable references from previous employment

Highly Desirable

• Formal butler/valet training
• Experience working alongside security teams
• Strong global luxury supplier network

The Package

• £90,000-£110,000 DOE
• Live-out role (London base)
• 60-75% international travel
• Generous holiday allowance in addition to downtime when off rotation (genuinely protected)

• All travel, accommodation and expenses covered when not in London
• Per diems, bonus potential and long-term incentives

Travel is frequent and often arranged at short notice, ranging from short business trips to extended stays. This is not a 9-5 role; it requires a candidate who understands the rhythm of UHNW life and can operate with precision, discretion and stamina at the highest level.
