Senior Credit Controller (Interim)
Location: Hybrid
Contract: Temporary (Immediate Start)
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (flexibility available)

My client, who is a well renowned company based in Central London, are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join on an interim basis, with an immediate start. This is a key role focused on maintaining strong cash flow and supporting the wider finance function within a fast-paced and complex business environment.

The Role:

You will take ownership of the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt while building strong relationships across multiple entities. This is a hands-on and demanding position within a dynamic organisation, requiring resilience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive the full credit control cycle to ensure consistent cash collection
• Oversee debtor ledgers across multiple entities within a group structure
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Handle complex accounts and resolve queries efficiently
• Produce regular reporting on aged debt, cash flow, and collection performance
• Identify and implement improvements to processes where necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Credit Controller
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (essential)
• Experience within a group or multi-entity environment
• Background in hospitality, FMCG, or leisure sectors is highly advantageous
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Robust, resilient, and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
