The Company
They are an international organisation investing in a global People Operations transformation programme. The focus is on improving process clarity, efficiency and experience, supported by the right technology and data. The programme has strong executive sponsorship and is central to their future operating model.

The Role and Deliverable's


* Lead discovery, consolidation and standardisation of existing people process documentation across regions.
* Facilitate in-country and global workshops to validate current-state processes and capture pain points.
* Design end-to-end future-state global hire-to-retire processes with clear local variations.
* Partner with People Technology to ensure processes are HRIS-enabled and operationally effective.
* Work with People Data and Analytic's to define data inputs, quality standards and reporting needs.
* Support Global Process Owners with process governance, KPI's and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in global people process design, transformation or optimisation roles.
* Proven capability designing end-to-end hire-to-retire processes.
* Confident facilitator with experience leading workshops across multiple countries.
* Deep understanding of balancing global standardisation with local legal and compliance requirements.
* Strong analytical skills, able to turn complexity into clear, scalable process designs.
