Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
• Mentoring and supervising junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with managers and partners on assignment progress and technical matters
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and add value to client engagements

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing completion of qualification
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience managing or leading audit assignments end-to-end
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
