Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Poole (on-site, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (40 hours)

An established and growing organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to the CEO.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy business, managing priorities, and enabling senior leadership to operate effectively. It is not a traditional 9–5 role and would suit a confident, adaptable PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The role

You will act as the right-hand support to the CEO, managing diaries, communications and day-to-day administration. The focus is on organisation, coordination and proactive support rather than formal board-level governance.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the CEO’s diary, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Monitoring and organising the CEO’s inbox, flagging priorities and drafting responses
  • Preparing meeting packs, presentations and reports
  • Processing expenses and supporting basic financial administration
  • Organising internal meetings and small company events
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
  • Taking notes and tracking actions from meetings where required
  • Supporting internal communications across the business
  • Assisting with office administration, records and shared documentation
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider senior leadership team
  • Supporting light administrative tasks linked to the CEO’s property portfolio
  • Assisting with maintaining the CEO’s LinkedIn presence (posts, updates and messages)

About you

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, discreet and trusted with confidential information
  • Proactive, adaptable and detail-focused
  • Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Experience required

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a PA, EA or similar administrative role
  • Experience supporting senior management or a CEO
  • Proven background in diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation
