IFA Administrator

This is a role where you will play an important part in supporting advisers and helping ensure the administrative side of the financial planning process is handled accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in new business processing, ongoing servicing work, preparing documentation, liaising with providers and clients, and helping maintain a smooth and well-organised client experience.
The Role
Working as an IFA Administrator within this business, you will provide day-to-day support to Financial Advisers and help ensure the advice process runs efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.
This is a varied position that will involve processing new business across pensions, investments and protection, preparing client documentation and meeting packs, managing provider and platform correspondence, obtaining policy information and valuations, liaising with clients and providers, updating CRM systems accurately, and supporting client reviews and ongoing servicing work.
The business is looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. You will need to be confident working in a financial planning environment, communicating professionally with clients, providers and colleagues, and making sure work is completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed timescales.
The Ideal Candidate
This opportunity is likely to suit someone who already has experience within an IFA or financial planning environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organisation and client care.
You will ideally:
Have previous experience within an IFA Administration role
Be confident dealing with providers and financial platforms
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Be able to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks
Have excellent attention to detail
Be professional, reliable and client focused
Salary & Benefits
£28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience
